The founder
Pratyush Jain
I spent six years at EY in restructuring, working inside businesses that were losing money, finding where it was going, and fixing the operations. I have sat across the table from directors, landlords, and HMRC. I know what a business looks like from the inside out.
Now I build software. Not as a side project, as the core skill. I write production code every day at a PE-backed defence tech firm. PYJ Advisory exists because I kept meeting small business owners paying thousands for technology that did not fit how they actually worked. I knew I could do it better, faster, and cheaper, and make sure it paid for itself.
That combination is the whole point. Most developers have never read a P&L. Most consultants have never deployed a production application. I do both, which means the things I build are scoped around your margins, not my billable hours.
People call that a contradiction. A finance person who writes code. An accountant who does not see himself as an accountant. But business incorporates everything: marketing, operations, technology, strategy. I do not see them as separate disciplines. I see one problem from multiple angles.
I do not outsource. I do not hand you a PDF and disappear. I build it, deploy it, and stay until it works.
What we are building
A knowledge base for your operations
Your company's scattered documents, procedures, and tribal knowledge turned into a single, searchable system with AI-powered search. We built this for ourselves first, it worked, and it is now one of the systems we offer to our clients.
