What we collect

When you visit pyjadvisory.com, we collect:

• Server-side request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Analytics cookies (with consent) — anonymised usage data via our analytics provider. We never collect names, emails, or identifying data via analytics.
• Form submissions — when you email us or use our contact form, we collect what you send. Stored in our email and CRM until the engagement ends + 7 years (UK accounting record retention).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't track you across the web.
• We don't profile you for marketing.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pyjadvisory.com with the subject “Data request” and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
